Skills and experience requirements
- A portfolio of work showing typography, color, and composition skills and taste.
- Proficient with Figma and Adobe software including After Effects.
- Strong knowledge of design principles.
- Comfortable designing everything from social media posts, brand identity, and digital experiences.
- Familiar with design processes and best practices.
- Interest in digital product and ecommerce projects.
- Able to communicate purpose and intent of design decisions to team and clients.
- Have a positive attitude and be easy to work with.
- Passion and curiosity for design, craft, and details.
Responsibilities
What you will be doing
- Design!
- Work with other designers in a production design role.
- Eager to learn and try new things.
- Create presentations, brand material, social content, etc.
- Design presentations, decks, and guides.
- Contribute to all aspects of design process including UX, UI, motion, etc.
- Execute file organization processes, and deliverable prep.
- Be creative and innovative willing to explore multiple ideas.
- Take ownership of the work and the details that need to be completed.
